| Confirmation of Order and Contract between Us When your order is received, we will send you a confirmation - this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us.
We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable
Any contract for purchases made through the website will be with Take That Appreciation Pages. Take That Appreciation Pages must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted, and the contract formed.
Once payment has been received Take That Appreciation Pages will confirm that your order has been received by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your registration form. The shipment email will include your name, the order number and the total price. Take That Appreciation Pages’s acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us on these terms. Any term sought to be imposed by you in your order will not form part of the contract.
Take That Appreciation Pages is entitled to withdraw from any contract in the case of obvious errors or inaccuracies regarding the goods appearing on our website. If an error or inaccuracy is discovered with regards to the advertised price of the goods that you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible by e-mail. This will be to inform you of the correct price of the goods, and to ask you if you wish to continue with the order at the amended price, or to cancel the order altogether. |
| Payment All product prices and delivery charges are shown in UK £Sterling. Take That Appreciation Pages accepts payment by PayPal, Cheque, or Cash. Cheques should be made payable to Take That Appreciation Pages. Goods will only be despatched once payment has been received and cleared. |
| Processing and Shipment of your Order We aim to process your order within 2 days and send out within 14 days of receipt of payment. International orders generally take about 7 days longer, depending on postal services.
Occasionally there may be unforeseen delays, so we ask that you please allow up to 28 days for receipt of your goods. If your item is not in stock, you will not be able to order it, we operate a stock control system in the shop. As soon as the item is in stock again, it will be available to order.
If your item is not in stock, we will email you before deciding how to proceed. Any credit card details you entered are transmitted over a secure(SSL) link and stored using 128-bit encryption. |
| Availability of Goods you Order If Take That Appreciation Pages has insufficient stock to deliver the goods ordered by you, we will notify you as soon as possible and any sum debited by Take That Appreciation Pages from your credit card will be re-credited to your account and Take That Appreciation Pages will notify you by email at the address given by you in your order form. The refund will be made as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order. Take That Appreciation Pages will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.
Please note: We endeavour to bring our customers the best value we can by running special offers, but please remember stocks are limited at the special offer price, and subject to availability. We update our website as quickly as we can to minimise disappointment. The process of updating the website when goods have sold out at promotional price can take a few hours to update. |
